If you really want to be close to the action, then this is the option for you. It’s track side and situated on the opposite side of the track to our other dining hospitality options. We call this, The Windsor Marquee.
This is a flexible space situated between the weighing room and the Fairway Cafe and opposite the grandstand. It seats anything from 300 to 500 people for lunch and has its own entrance/ bar area and toilets. As race sponsors, it can be privately hired for corporate hospitality if you need more space than is available in a box.
The Windsor Marquee is our most recent offering to our hospitality at Ludlow Racecourse. It always proves very popular with work parties and large corporate groups but on non-race days, it can be used for weddings, Parties and events.
On certain race days, we sell individual tables in The Windsor Marquee for lunch, on other days you can purchase afternoon tea (served from mid-day onwards). The marquee has its own TV screens and PA system as well together with betting facility.
