PASS Admission System

Due to Covid19, the pass allocation for Wednesday 7th October is 6 badges per runner.  No extras are allowed in order to comply with numbers restricted for Social Distancing.

In order to get your tickets, you need to use the PASS administration system. We encourage all owners to pre-book their badges prior to the race day via this system rather than phoning or emailing the Racecourse Office.  All you need to do is go to so you can get quick and efficient access to the course.   If you have problems with this, you can email the racecourse office [email protected] quoting your Pass Card reference number. Please ensure your requests are received by 10am on race day to ensure the badges will be on the system for collection.

Please remember to bring your Pass Card with you. If you require badges for your guests but will not be accompanying them to collect their badges, please advise the Racecourse Office in advance, otherwise they risk being refused entry.
