We have done everything possible to comply with Covid regulations for your visit to Ludlow Racecourse.
We will have several stewards on all entrances and roadsides to direct you to the The Owners & Trainers Car Park. On entrance to the car park you will have your temperature taken and be asked a couple of questions at the Covid testing station. Please stay in your car unless otherwise instructed. You will be issued with an amber wristband. Please bring some form of ID with you ie: driving licence. Please could you kindly obey our volunteer staff’s requests and treat them with respect at all times.
There is a helicopter landing facility but this needs to be booked in advance with the office.
Please wear a mask into the new Owners Lounge which will be clearly signposted. A member of staff will take you to your table where you will be waitress served a hot meal. Home-made cake, tea/coffee and a pay bar will be available throughout the afternoon which again will be waitress served. Social distancing and protocol will be in place. Maximum 6 persons to a table.
Due to Covid19, the pass allocation for Wednesday 7th October is 6 badges per runner. No extras are allowed in order to comply with numbers restricted for Social Distancing.
In order to get your tickets, you need to use the PASS administration system. We encourage all owners to pre-book their badges prior to the race day via this system rather than phoning or emailing the Racecourse Office. All you need to do is go to www.rcapass.com so you can get quick and efficient access to the course. If you have problems with this, you can email the racecourse office [email protected] quoting your Pass Card reference number. Please ensure your requests are received by 10am on race day to ensure the badges will be on the system for collection.
Please remember to bring your Pass Card with you. If you require badges for your guests but will not be accompanying them to collect their badges, please advise the Racecourse Office in advance, otherwise they risk being refused entry.
